At RailSaver we like to hear from our customers and we certainly do our best to keep them loyal and happy.

Of the customers who contacted us during past year nearly 94% were needing to comunicate with one of the train operating company's and not us. The remaining 6%, were dealt with by ourselves and some good friends were made in the process.
